Membership Terms
The Supreme Carpet Care Club is a 12-month membership.
Cleanings are scheduled approximately every 3 months. Visits must be at least 60 days apart. Cleanings cannot be stacked or scheduled back-to-back.
Unused visits do not roll over, have no cash value, and must be used during the active 12-month membership term.
Membership must remain active and in good standing to receive services, discounts, and priority scheduling. Services are non-transferable. Discounts apply only to qualifying services. Scheduling is subject to availability.
If a customer cancels early, all services received are recalculated at full retail pricing. Carpet cleanings are valued at $225 per visit. Sofa cleaning is valued at $225 if used. The customer pays the difference between what has been paid into the membership and the full retail value of services received.
